(from Michael Haas) When I took over DTC reporting for my company, I filed a paper sales tax return for TX. I was not aware that we were required to file and pay online. Now we may be penalized for this "error." There should be a frequency option of "e-file" in the report section for states that require webfiling (like GA, IL, TX, WA, NY), so that a person stepping into a new job or subbing for a person on leave (who has no way of knowing about an e-file mandate) will not inadvertently incur a fine by paper filing.

We can already use a tag on this tab, but it does not show in the list on the screen.

ie, I have a license that needs to be renewed so it is showing expiring, but I have mailed the renewal app., I use a tag to mark it as "renewal mailed" but that status/tag does not show in the list. I have to open each exception each time to see what I still need to renew.

Under Wholesale Licenses appears States that show a Salesman Permit - to enter a valid license create a new solicitor first. There should be a way to clear this if you do not need to enter this informaiton. Currently it shows up each time you enter under wholesale licenses.

We run our wine club quarterly and each time I see the same addresses come up as unverified. I always double check the address against google maps, usps.com, and I even check the white pages listings. Is there any way to add an override, in the same way the age verification override works to establish a known address to avoid delays in processing orders and getting them to fulfillment quickly?

When I use the return on investment calculator, I would like to see it include the cost of ShipCompliant in its calculation.
